The session

The Engineer to Leader Masterclass is a free live online session. Seats are limited and registration is personal to you. We may change the schedule, format or content of the session, and we will tell registered participants by email if we do.

What we promise — and what we don't

The masterclass shares frameworks, experience and practical guidance for growing from a strong engineer into a leader. It is educational content, not a guarantee of a promotion, a job, a salary increase or any specific career outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Your conduct

• Give accurate details when you register.
• Do not record, redistribute or resell the session or its materials.
• Be respectful to the host and to other participants in the live chat and community.

We may remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.
